  • No. This is not in Callie’s wheelhouse, and she has many friends and colleagues who are fantastic injectors. She will be happy to refer you if that’s what you’re looking for!

  • Callie has a specialty in outpatient obesity management and has published research in this area. At your first visit, you’ll be measured and discuss your current habits and goals. From there, a personalized treatment plan will be developed specifically for you.

  • Callie is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in primary care. She has completed all requirements set by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing for full independent practice and received her certification in January 2026.
    While there will not be a physician on-site, she maintains a strong network of primary care and specialty physicians for consultation when needed.

  • Yes! We will have designated walk-in hours each day that we are open.

  • Callie is a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS).
    For autism diagnoses, patients must be evaluated in three separate areas—one of which is primary care.
    Callie can complete the primary care evaluation and provide referrals for the additional required evaluations.

  • No. Sleep evaluations do not require you to be an established patient.
    These visits include evaluation, ordering sleep studies if indicated, and managing CPAP/BiPAP compliance visits.
